Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life doesn't go as planned and you might need to cancel your class reservation. However, please note that our cancellation policy is firm and your deposit is non-refundable. If you must cancel your class reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. While we cannot offer a refund for your deposit, we do allow you to reschedule your class for a later date, depending on availability. However, please keep in mind that your deposit does not rollover, and you will need to provide a new deposit to secure your new reservation. Furthermore, if you fail to show up to your scheduled class without any prior notice, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be charged the full amount of the class fee. We strive to provide you with the best service and experience possible, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
